Scope
This policy covers the Stemsplitacular Android app, its associated web service, account handling, audio-processing workflow, generated stems, credits and user support.

Data we use
- Your email address, password hash, session identifiers and account creation time.
- Audio you choose to upload and the separated stem files created for you.
- Split-credit purchases, reward-code redemptions, ledger entries and job status.
- Limited service, device and diagnostic events used for security and reliability.

Why and how it is processed
We use this data to authenticate you, confirm your email, verify Google Play purchases, apply valid reward credits, process your audio, deliver private playback and downloads, prevent abuse and support the service.
Audio separation may use contracted cloud infrastructure and inference providers configured by Syncade Systems. Provider credentials remain on the server and are not placed in the app.

Payments and credits
Google Play processes payment details for purchases made inside the Android app. Stripe processes card payments started independently on the public Stemsplitacular website. Stemsplitacular receives verified payment status and records the related split-credit movement, but does not store your full payment-card details.

Audio, outputs and retention
Uploads and generated stems are associated with the signed-in account and kept for active workflows and stated operational retention periods. Limited records may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Security and access
Authentication, private output access and server-side credentials are used to protect the service. No internet service can promise absolute security, but access is limited to what is needed to operate and support Stemsplitacular.

Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and associated data from the Delete account link in the app or from the public deletion page. We may ask you to confirm control of the registered email address before completing the request.
